■ How to Use

[OLIVE YOUNG Stores]
Present the mobile gift certificate barcode at checkout.
(Not available at some stores located in malls, department stores, KTX stations, or at self-checkout kiosks.)

[OLIVE YOUNG Online Mall]
Go to Payment > Check Mobile Gift Certificate Balance > Enter Certificate Number > Confirm Balance > Make Payment
• The OLIVE YOUNG mobile gift certificate can be used immediately at all stores nationwide (excluding some) and via the mobile app. (Not available on PC.)
• Multiple gift certificates can be used per transaction in stores. Only one gift certificate can be used per transaction on the online mall.
• You may use the balance over multiple purchases within the indicated amount.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the gift certificate balance, the difference can be paid using other payment methods.
• CJ ONE points can be earned, and a cash receipt can be issued.

■ Notes
• If the expiration date has passed, the gift certificate cannot be reused for exchanges or returns.
• Gift cards, other gift certificates, and some products cannot be purchased with this mobile gift certificate.

Refunds and Cancelations

If you would like to request a refund for an unused gift voucher, please contact our Customer Support Center before the expiration date. Please note that refunds cannot be processed after the gift voucher has expired.
