-The mobile voucher can be used as a coupon when paying for car rental by registering on the Soka app.
The mobile voucher cannot be used to reserve a car with a business profile or to pay for accommodation at SOCAR STAY.
-Additional charges (such as vehicle waiver, driving fee, high pass fee, extension fee, and cancellation fee) incurred before or after booking will be charged separately.
-Mobile vouchers can only be used for one reservation and cannot be combined with other discount coupons.
-After registering on the SOCAR app, the available validity period will be set anew. The validity period is one year from the date of registration and cannot be extended.
The validity period for registration in the SOCAR app can only be extended within one year from the date of purchase of the mobile license, and can be extended up to five years in three-month increments.
-To refund a mobile pass registered for the SOCAR app, please cancel the registration by clicking [Cancel Registration] in the mobile pass details within the registration validity period informed at the time of purchase, and contact the GifteeShow customer center at 1588-6474.
-If you request a refund within the validity period for registration on the SOCAR app, you will receive a refund of 90~100% of the purchase price depending on the sales channel.
-If you request a refund after the validity period for registration in the SOCAR app has expired or after the validity period for use of the mobile pass registered in the SOCAR app has expired, you will receive a refund of 90% of the purchase price.
If you cancel after making a reservation with a mobile pass, a cancellation fee of 5-30% of the sales price will be charged depending on the time of cancellation.
-Mobile voucher cannot be used to reserve a car in the Ulleungdo SOCAR zone.
-The buyer is responsible for checking the contents stated above, and can use the mobile voucher according to the contents stated.
