- For online payment, you can only use one gift card. If you use multiple gift cards, need to switch to Kyobo cache
- Offline Kyobo Book Store
Gift cards sold in the store counter (Desk) and show the coupon code. After confirmation the coupon number will be exchanged with the gift card.
(Campus bookstore, Gwanggyo World Scare centers, seven centers, Kyungsung / Pukyong Center, Paragon Center, Business Center are not available to exchange)
- Online Store
Login> Kyobo Book gift card search, or the main page at the bottom, go to Kyobo gift cards> At the Kyobo gift cards page, go to purchase / gift / exchange> select Gift Card> Exchanges> select Gifty Show as a switch method> Input coupon code > mobile Gift card sent to the mobile phone number

Refunds and Cancelations
If you wish to cancel or refund an unused gift coupon, please contact the customer center within the validity period.
