After purchase, an Ice Americano Gift Certificate (Gifticon) is issued and you can give it as a gift. Flowers are delivered by postal delivery (no additional shipping fee). You must send us the following information to our customer center support@dpon.gift by email as soon as you finished purchase.
- Order Number
- Desired delivery date (available from 3 days to 2 weeks after purchase, Sat/Sun/Holiday is not available, time zone cannot be selected)
- Address (In Korean), name, phone number (cell phone number)
This product is an event product and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Depending on the supply and demand of flowers, some types of flowers may change.
We will not be held responsible if delivery is not possible due to an unclear address. Please provide the correct address and contact information.
